Study design

This was a single-center, open-label, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial.

Patients

The study design was a randomized, single-arm, parallel-group, open-label, blinded-controlled clinical trial. Patients were enrolled in the study from September 2019 to July 2019. The trial was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Zhongshan Hospital in Wenzhou, and the patients signed the informed consent form. The patients were required to be at least 60 years old, have undergone surgical resection of thetreatments for at least six months, and were scheduled for at least onein the past year.
